Robert Pemberton is a UEFA A Licensed football coach with over a decade of experience in elite youth development at Derby County F.C. He specialises in individual player development, session design, and long-term progression pathways through the Youth Development Phase. Alongside his academy work, Robert has significant experience in education, having worked as a Physical Education Specialist at Arboretum Primary School. There, he delivered curriculum PE across all key stages and led extracurricular sports programmes, supporting the holistic development and engagement of young people in physical activity. He holds a BSc in Sport Development & Coaching from the University of Lincoln, alongside advanced qualifications including the UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award.
Theo smith is a Football coach with 6+ years of experience working with players aged 3 through to adults. I hold a BSc in Football Coaching & Talent Development and have been fortunate to work in professional environments including Derby County, and currently with Manchester City and Rotherham United. I’ve also gained international coaching experience in the UAE and USA, working with a wide range of players and adapting to different styles and cultures.
