1. Booking & payment
A place is only confirmed once payment has been received. You can pay immediately by card, or reserve a place and pay by bank transfer using the reference provided. Reserved places that are not paid for may be released.
2. Pricing
All prices are per player and are set and managed by ELEV8. Prices shown on service pages are for guidance — the price at the point of booking applies. Block bookings are paid in full, up front, in a single payment.
3. Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session may be rearranged or refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session — for example due to weather, illness, or low numbers — and will offer a rearranged date or refund in that case.
4. Attendance & conduct
Players should arrive ready to train with appropriate footwear, shin pads and water. We expect respectful behaviour from players and spectators. We may ask anyone to leave whose conduct puts others at risk or disrupts a session.
5. Medical & safeguarding
You must keep your child's medical and emergency information accurate and up to date. Our coaches are DBS-checked and follow our Safeguarding Policy.
6. Liability
Participation in sport carries inherent risks. We take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment, but we are not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.
7. Photography
We may take photographs or video at sessions for coaching or promotional purposes only where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
