Players sign in, get settled, and begin a dynamic warm-up to get bodies and minds ready for the day ahead.
The first structured coaching block of the day. Skill-focused drills, purposeful repetition, and expert instruction from a qualified coach.
Players take a break, hydrate, and recharge. Players should bring their own snack and water bottle.
Morning skills put into practice. Competitive small-sided games, tournaments, and challenges. Where technique meets match reality.
A proper break to eat, rest, and socialise. Players should bring a packed lunch. A good lunch is part of good performance.
Afternoon session with a different theme from the morning. Culminates in a tournament or challenge to end the day on a high.
Players are collected at 15:00. Coaches give parents a brief verbal update on what the player worked on during the day.
